Reaching Level 4 automation is not about layering on more AI; it is about the data that fuels it, and this quarter reflects that shift in action. RADCOM launched the Analytics Designer Module (ADM), powered by the new Real-Time Adaptive Streaming Engine (RASE), enabling operators to build and adjust KPI/KQIs on demand. RADCOM also announced a new partnership with Infosys, published a white paper on the assurance foundation for Level 4 autonomy, and showcased RADCOM Neura, our purpose-built AI agent suite.

RADCOM Analytics Designer Module (ADM) launched, cutting analytics changes from months-long projects to same-day deployment. The solution aggregates datasets at intervals as short as 10 seconds, powered by RADCOM’s new RASE, and produces live insights into service quality. Operators can build and update any KPI/KQIs from the raw data and aggregate it at the granularity that matters, all from an intuitive user interface (UI).

NETWORKX

Rami Amit, CTO of RADCOM, joined a distinguished panel at Network X, Americas, with AT&T, Telus, and Amdocs to discuss AI at the RAN layer. The panel noted the value AI brings at the radio layer, but agreed the surrounding processes still need to evolve to deliver unified data, workflow automation that closes the loop, and governance that earns trust. A dynamic discussion on how new roles are emerging and whether the industry is ready for agentic AI.

FUTHERNET

“The uncomfortable truth is that if you don’t have clean data, you can’t make good solutions with AI for networks,” commented Raj Parmanand, Director of Customer Solutions Sales of RADCOM at FutureNet World. Raj joined an esteemed panel of experts from Virgin Media, Sunrise, Proximus Global and Caspera Lab, who also noted, “Once you have a network view and a subscriber view, then you can start to define clean data… If you are missing data from one of the elements, you need to accommodate it.”
